A fly fishing trip can be as simple as a day on a chalk stream or as complex as a week in the Indian Ocean, sometimes trips of a lifetime but always expensive. Therefore best not be unprepared. If you use an agent you will receive much good information but it is still amazing how many people arrive without the right tackle, clothing and casting techniques which enable them to start fishing with confidence on day one.

Once I know where you are going and what you want to achieve, we can get you the right tackle ... not necessarily the most expensive, set it up and practice the right casts to get you fishing effectively. We can look at clothing and all the other baffling peripherals you must take rather than what you may be sold in the tackle shop.
